"We hired Jose and his team to pour a concrete slab for a hot tub, install a ~400 square foot patio, and install a walkway along the side of our house, as he had come highly recommended from folks in our neighborhood. Jose was very communicative during the planning to make sure we landed on the best design, he stated a timeline for the project completion and stuck to the timeline, and the patio and walkway look fantastic. It's made our backyard much more enjoyable and looks great. We also found the prices very reasonable as well, with the walkway, path, and concrete pad costing less than some contractors were quoting for the patio alone."

"Our 16 year old brick paver walkway was falling apart and overrun by weeds and moss. Old technology was used for construction. The bottom step of our brick front landing had also separated from the upper two steps. We consulted Rich for an evaluation. He advised ripping out the bottom step of the landing and bringing the walkway around in a slightly tighter path. He met us down at Landscape Depot Supply in Shrewsbury to chose the pavers. We found everyone to be very helpful there. Rich's team made quick work of dismantling the old walkway and was able to re-use the granite steps. They placed underground PVC pipe to help with drainage issues from the downspouts. He used a polymeric sand to set the pavers which means my days of pulling weeds out between the bricks are over! He came back three weeks later to install the landscaping, removing a failed prior landscape design first. Laid down some sod and applied bark mulch. Everything looks beautiful. He has a keen eye for design and is able to translate that into his work. He has a pleasant personality and is very approachable. His team is respectful of personal property and picks up after themselves."

"We completed our front walkway and steps two years ago and I asked three separate masons for a quote - Giulano from the get go showed he really understood the work that was to be done and was honest in addition to upfront on the pricing. He worked with me to figure out what type of stones to use and had several ideas which helped me decide what I wanted the final look to be. When it came to the work he had a set schedule and showed up timely and kept the job moving despite some days the weather not being the best. His team kept the job site as clean as possible and worked diligently to get it done even coming in during a weekend. Two years later our front stairs are in the same shape and look just as great as they did when first installed. I highly recommend Giulano his honest and produces great work which lasts."

"For the first 2 years, their M.O. is to communicate mostly through their online portal and email. Face-to-face communication is not something that they regularly schedule and asking them to do this has been met with no communication. In the first 2 jobs, their work was 'fine' for what they did with the exception that they didn't do what I asked and had to come back again to fix things (though they made some cuts on bushes that they were asked NOT to cut). This year, I tried again to communicate with them, but they were open to the job only through email and their portal. My attempts to speak with them were met with, literally, 'You should find someone else to do the work'. This year's job included 2 houses - one for my brother-in-law who is very ill and can't do the work he typically does himself. I thought that Twins Lawn Service would be more willing to at least do that job (a very small one), but again - they wouldn't even schedule it since I asked that they speak with me directly to understand the job. Buyer beware; call them at your own risk; I won't do that again!"
