Brandy immediately reached out by voice mail to offer services and expeditiously responded to confirm appt. for Wednesday between 1-2pm. She contacted me @ 10:45am, said Jerry, the tech, was ahead of schedule and wanted to come early and an hour out. It was perfect timing, he arrived, assessed and repaired in less than an hour for a very reasonable price. We were extremely pleased with the customer service, attentiveness, continued contact and affordability of the repair. Also led to assessing for other requested services where he took measurement and will be sending quote for future work. First time experience and the company as a whole from Brandy inside services to Jerry the tech, definitely 5 Star service and highly recommended !!!!"
