"Kevin did an amazing job, responded right away & accommodated my schedule.He built a wall, creating an office space.He made sure I am aware of all the steps & took pics of the frame and insulation before drywall was installed. He moved the thermostat and installed 2 outlets on the new wall. He painted the new room, living room, hallways and 1 bedroom. The paint underneath was dark blue, so he made sure to apply enough coats to cover it perfectly. He removed an iron chimney and covered the ceiling, also bringing the floor under the chimney to the same level as the rest of the living room and covered with hardwood. He installed a fan on my vaulted ceiling in an angle and a new light in the office space and left the house clean of all debris. "I absolutely love the kitchen results. Every day when enter, it makes me smile. There was an electrical glitch when re-installing our 2 year old oven--the result destroyed the oven. Jon quickly offered to replace or repair--he accepted responsibility immediately--didn't try to get out of it, which we greatly appreciated. In the end, we decided to get a new oven to match the new microwave we had already purchased. He ordered the oven and we split the difference as it was more expensive. In our laundry room remodel, I had it all planned out, but Jon had several suggestions to make it better. He was absolutely right, particularly with his suggestion to go with tile instead of laminate flooring as we had originally planned. The laundry is great as well. The only thing I would change is that the cabinets are up too high for me, but despite Jon questioning the height, I went ahead and had them installed. Oh well. Jon's crew also finished a day or two shy of the 3 week time frame giving us more time to get ready for our August house guests."

"Green Spaces Landscaping (Ryan, Galdino, Juan Carlos, Jose) transformed our Back Yard into an outdoor paradise. We went from a single space full of grass and weeds with a small builder supplied patio, to a terraced multi-use space with a Fiberon Composite Deck, Pergola, Belgard Patio with Outdoor Fire pit area built into the slope of the hill, and a grass lawn area all accented by plants, trees, a dry stream, a fountain, and 2 custom built wooden bridges. All fully irrigated with a Wi-Fi controlled sprinkler system and integrated lighting. On the deck they installed a built-in BBQ and also built a 2nd Pergola to install a porch swing bed. The entire team was great to work with, and very accommodating as we made several changes to the project along the way. Karen (in the office) was also great to work with, and very prompt in all communications. We did all of this working during the Covid Summer of 2020, which makes it all the more amazing as despite everything they were able to accomplish all of this work in about 10 weeks from start to finish. We highly recommend Green Spaces Landscaping and will use them again for our front yard landscaping project and also any additional work we need done."
