The deck has settled, pulling away from the house, and was sloping in several areas. When I called for help I got no reply. Called Steve and he came out the same day and gave me a plan, schedule, and acceptable price. His team came out the next day and completed the job. Replacing supports, posts, and concrete piers.A few days later I noticed a few cosmetic issues I wanted fixed. They came out the next day and completed the tasks. I am selling my house in the near future and am confident the deck will pass inspection. If there are issues Steve will come back and address what might need to be done.
