"We found Mike through Angi's List. We needed quite a bit of repairs to our kitchen walls as we were having new cabinets installed. After removing the current cabinets, we saw there was quite a bit of work. We also had Mike repair and paint our bathroom. While Mike was here, we mentioned that one of the walls in our living room needed to have brick removed and drywall added. Mike took care of all of the work and did a beautiful job. After all of the repairs to the drywall in the three rooms, he primed and painted the walls, ceilings, and trim and did a wonderful job. We have called him back again to do more repairs after the village inspector came by and added more work that needed to be added to be up to code. Mike responded immediately and again came through with beautiful work. The price he quoted was very fair for all of the work he has done for us. We will keep his number on speed dial for any work needed in the future."

"I have house that is rental unit on the 2nd floor that was built in 1896. It needed some plastering done to the kitchen ceiling and the living room ceiling in a few areas. It was plastered before, but needed retouching since it was missing something. I searched for a company who does exceptional work with the proof and years of experience. We prefer wet plaster over dry, so did checking and found ZMartin Plastering on Angi. The company had high ratings and the work looked great, so we scheduled Brian Zmuda to come out and look at what needs to be done. Brian came out me out promptly for an estimate and went over what the issues were with the ceiling in both areas and explained it thoroughly so I could understand and told me what materials as far as the paint, plaster, and more and how he was going to do it, and even showed me this insurance and then quoted me a fair price. I was happy and then scheduled him to come out in three weeks. Brian came out three weeks later on 05/23/23 after we were finishing stucco painting and he began to work. I could tell he knew about doing plaster work for an older house. He started with the two ceilings and did it in order and was clean using the right materials. He plastered it well leaving no mess and with wet plaster, and then once he finished he explained that the plaster dry's in less then a week and told me house spot primer first in the area before applying paint which where are doing for the whole apartment's unit. I was happy and knew he was skilled and explained what materials you are suppose to use and he also does stucco is great to know snice we have some stucco repair on our main house to do. I can highly recommend ZMarting for any paltering work and he seems very honest and did not take long so her reduce the price since it was simple job. We will be working with him in the future. His work is fantastic. Could not be any happier."

"I can't stress those reading this enough to never use Corwin for any type of work. My experience from them the past few weeks has been nothing short of the worst customer service of any sort I have ever experience. They were subcontracted by my contractor to do the framing and drywall for a basement job. The first 3 weeks and basically 90% of the work had been ok. The last 4 weeks have been nothing short of miserable. There was one area or ceiling left to finish which I paid the day they were allegedly done. That was a terrible move on my part because they were not done at all and left the ceiling an unfinished mess. This isn't even getting into the $6000 in overages they charged me for work that was agreed upon before the job even started. Yes, there was some additional work that was requested as the job progressed. But when I saw the newly updated quote with an additional $6k, I was shocked. But after some discussion and a few hundred dollars knocked off, I still paid them their balance only to be sitting here weeks later with an unfinished portion of ceiling and a newly noticed not plum window opening that Corwin tried to say they were not at fault then tried to blame their laborers. Now fast forward to late last week when I spoke to the owner who agreed to pay me back a sum of money that we agreed upon due to the issues at hand. I then get an email telling me their lawyer will reach out to me. What an absolute joke of a company and I will gladly take this to court. DO NOT USE CORWIN.
