Ashley was a tremendous help selecting paint colors, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and carpeting to achieve the look that we wanted. Fred, Johnny, Jensen, Devin, Joe, David, and Jessica all worked on tasks in the basement at various times during the project. They were all very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They were very responsive whenever we had questions about the work. They arrived punctually each day and let us know if there was going to be a change in work time. They worked hard and were efficient at completing the project. They were well qualified to do the work assigned and did a great job. "I had Peak Home Renovations remodel my kitchen in March-April of 2023. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. It took roughly 6 weeks. A complete and total makeover consisting of new granite countertops, new appliances, new cabinetry, creation of new recessed lighting, painting, some carpentry, and creation of a new pantry. The work crews were on time daily and were both professional and personal. The owner of the company regularly was on site and part of the work crew. Problems that arose were quickly and efficiently dealt with . Communication was excellent and the finished product turned out beautiful. They took into account what I wanted and discussed with me how they would get it done. I had an old set of stairs that didn't reach the door so I wanted a landing coming out of the door that would cover up the old stairs and then steps that would lead down to the driveway. They did exactly what I wanted and added a few details that I did not think of. In total it took 2 days to build which is the time frame they said it would take. I will definitely be using them again for any other projects that come up."

The following week I went into tour bank account the stop payment on the check and found that Jose had cashed it two days after he said he would hold it. I am very glad we decided not to work with him as I am not sure I would trust him to do the work."

Garage remodelings FAQs
Converting a garage is worth it because it can significantly increase your home's value while providing additional living space for your family or guests. Meeting these standards allows the converted space to be included in your home's total square footage, potentially increasing its value.
In most cases, you do not need to hire an architect for a garage conversion. An experienced garage conversion contractor usually has the skills to help create your desired design and ensure the project meets building codes. However, if your conversion involves complex structural changes or a large-scale redesign, hiring an architect can be beneficial. An architect can provide detailed plans and oversee the design to maximize space and functionality, ensuring the conversion aligns with your vision and complies with all regulations.
