"John completely finished 1440 sq ft of our unfinished walk-out basement, adding a huge family area, an office, a craft room, a bedroom, a master-sized bathroom, and access to storage and workshop areas. John provided us with the space that we had envisioned and more, always keeping in mind our intended use and those who would occupy the space. He made suggestions for improvements that, while seemingly minor, were hugely significant in the end. He masked duct and piping runs with dropped ceiling areas that are symmetrical and look premeditated, rather than making the ceiling look like it was formerly a basement.
