We received a mold protocol and got a few estimates from well-reviewed restoration services but Hayden Restoration won our business for a few reasons. Brenton, the owner, came out and found the sources of the problems that others hadn't bothered to find. He clearly explained their process for remediation and their estimate to our satisfaction. Other bids treated us like a spreadsheet with no comprehensive understanding of the layout of our house or the unique remediation needed, but Brenton's estimate was clear and self-explanatory.
