The team created a graded area inside of the tub, with the tiles we selected so that the water could flow out easily and not stay in the shower. "Well. I don't even know where to begin. I guess I will start with pricing - most people care about that foremost. Ariel is owner and GC and he isn't the cheapest but he is not the most expensive either. You will definitely find cheaper - but he's worth it. With this contractor, I was being harassed to hurry up and bring my stuff so he could finish! Can you believe it - instead of the contractor disappearing for days at a time and missing deadlines and making the job last forever, he did a complete remodel of my home in 2 months. I mean this was a complete gut job in 2 months! My uncle is a retired roofer and builder and he was on the job checking them every 2 or 3 days. He would just show up and walk around watching the guys and he said they were doing a good job. He was amazed at the number of guys on the job site - like 10 people at a time. Ariel was there daily and the people he had there were knowledgeable as well. The finished product is spectacular. When people walk into my house - its "wow" this and "wow" that. My home is amazing and well made: the floors, the plaster work, the plumbing, the electricity, the A/C - good solid work. But let me tell you why he is truly one of a kind and why I will never work with another contractor: He finished the job in March 2020 and I didn't move in until August 2020. When my son took a shower, the tub was not sealed around the tile and there was a leak. I was freaking out because he was all paid up and it was 5 months later. I called, he picked up the first ring and I told him what happened and he was there the next morning! I was so relieved and grateful - he fixed the issue without hesitation. This man stands by his work - very rare! I hired a cheaper guy to do a smaller job in my house and he destroyed my home. I had to call Ariel back and he graciously made time for me (he is an extremely busy man). I ended up paying for the cheaper guy and Ariel - its a lesson: I should have just hired Ariel. "I went with the solid surface shower with a glass barn door and then for the bath of my kid I had just a liner put on top. It broke some of the tiles this can happen but just one tile. It would have caused far more damage if I had completely replaced the tub. The installer went and bought me the same tile and reinstalled the one that broke, which I thought was amazing of him since tile work is not what they do. This brings me to this solid surface bathroom. Omg!!! It looks just like tile. I had never seen anything like this before! It is now so simple to clean the shower walls and floors, and I did not have to sacrifice the style of my bathroom!! I love the tile look, but I hate grout and it is not waterproof. Anyone who sees my bathroom now thinks it is tile. The barn door shower glass is gorgeous too. It all looks so modern and classy, and we get so many compliments. They worked all weekend to make sure it got done right and on time. The guys were just absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend them enough!"
