"The bathroom that we had redone came out better than we hoped. We originally had a step in tub/stand up shower area, and it was converted into a walking in shower area with sliding doors. The team created a graded area inside of the tub, with the tiles we selected so that the water could flow out easily and not stay in the shower. "Well. I don't even know where to begin. I guess I will start with pricing - most people care about that foremost. Ariel is owner and GC and he isn't the cheapest but he is not the most expensive either. You will definitely find cheaper - but he's worth it. With this contractor, I was being harassed to hurry up and bring my stuff so he could finish! Can you believe it - instead of the contractor disappearing for days at a time and missing deadlines and making the job last forever, he did a complete remodel of my home in 2 months. I mean this was a complete gut job in 2 months! My uncle is a retired roofer and builder and he was on the job checking them every 2 or 3 days. He would just show up and walk around watching the guys and he said they were doing a good job. He was amazed at the number of guys on the job site - like 10 people at a time. Ariel was there daily and the people he had there were knowledgeable as well. The finished product is spectacular. When people walk into my house - its "wow" this and "wow" that. My home is amazing and well made: the floors, the plaster work, the plumbing, the electricity, the A/C - good solid work. But let me tell you why he is truly one of a kind and why I will never work with another contractor: He finished the job in March 2020 and I didn't move in until August 2020. When my son took a shower, the tub was not sealed around the tile and there was a leak. I was freaking out because he was all paid up and it was 5 months later. I called, he picked up the first ring and I told him what happened and he was there the next morning! I was so relieved and grateful - he fixed the issue without hesitation. This man stands by his work - very rare! I hired a cheaper guy to do a smaller job in my house and he destroyed my home. I had to call Ariel back and he graciously made time for me (he is an extremely busy man). I ended up paying for the cheaper guy and Ariel - its a lesson: I should have just hired Ariel. "From the first day we met, Joe has been a pleasure to deal with.  He is a friendly, personable guy as well as a consummate professional.  Joe worked steadily on our jobs from start to finish, arriving on time 5 days a week, and working no other jobs while he was completing ours.  Although our adult son was home during most of the work, we felt comfortable enough with Joe to give him an alarm code in order to let himself in - and he was careful not to let our cats escape :)

The honed marble and mosaic trim we selected for our master bath were truly beautiful but not the easiest materials to install.  Each marble tile needed to be separately leveled; and the mosaic was not the same depth as the marble, requiring Joe to build up the surface underlying the trim in order to make it flush with the marble.  The end result was perfect.

Joe offered some great design advice throughout the project, some of which we took, and some of which we later wished we had taken!  We were somewhat inexperienced with remodeling, but Joe was very careful to point out the potential pluses and minuses of our choices so that we felt comfortable making them.

Joe's work on the bathrooms was of such high quality that we immediately talked to him about other, smaller jobs we'd been putting off.  He was very happy to complete the additional work and everything was done beautifully.

"I went with the solid surface shower with a glass barn door and then for the bath of my kid I had just a liner put on top. It broke some of the tiles this can happen but just one tile. It would have caused far more damage if I had completely replaced the tub. The installer went and bought me the same tile and reinstalled the one that broke, which I thought was amazing of him since tile work is not what they do. This brings me to this solid surface bathroom. Omg!!! It looks just like tile. I had never seen anything like this before! It is now so simple to clean the shower walls and floors, and I did not have to sacrifice the style of my bathroom!! I love the tile look, but I hate grout and it is not waterproof. Anyone who sees my bathroom now thinks it is tile. The barn door shower glass is gorgeous too. It all looks so modern and classy, and we get so many compliments. They worked all weekend to make sure it got done right and on time. The guys were just absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend them enough!"
