They removed a partial wall and a row of cabinets above our sink and then cut an opening in another wall above our appliances allowing more light and sound into the kitchen. This work required significant demo, electrical, drywall and patching and painting work. Everything turned out perfect. During the project the workers were timely and cleaned up each day, the overall cost was very fair. I highly recommend Azteca Builders for all your home improvement projects."

"We hired Denix to do an ADA-compliant remodel of a home we purchased for a completely-disabled cousin who has 24-hour home care. We had them widen the front entryway and door, install plexiglass on hallways, remodel the bathroom substantially for wheelchair access, install tile and paint the 1500 square foot interior. Denix was the only company that promptly gave us an estimate, out of three we contacted in May 2020. They were able to start and finish the project before our deadline of Sept. 1, even with COVID delays on certain supplies. "I was expecting the scheduled work to be done within the month.About a week later Cesar called and said they had a cancelation and ask if the credit could come by to make the repairs after some stepping pavers and a portion of the pool deck area had been removed due to major plumbing repairs.The crew showed up on time and took care of the repairs in a timely manner.They even picked up the broken mortar pieces left by the plumbers. This is the second time we have used Diamond and we would use them again for any future projects."

An experienced garage conversion contractor usually has the skills to help create your desired design and ensure the project meets building codes. However, if your conversion involves complex structural changes or a large-scale redesign, hiring an architect can be beneficial. An architect can provide detailed plans and oversee the design to maximize space and functionality, ensuring the conversion aligns with your vision and complies with all regulations.
