"We reached out to them to have handle a stucco project for us and they were very prompt in their response. We spoke to several people who gave us great advise, however they are in Austin not Dallas so were unable to use them."

"Excellent! David and Jason performed well and I really feel I received the best value for my expense. Supporting metal straps were attached to the house frame every two feet for the 8 long vertical joints requiring repair. David cut 4 control joints to mitigate future mortar repair around the windows. He also pointed out how a heavy awning was only attached to my brick and not to my house framing, creating a dangerous curvature and potential future collapse of my brick fascia. David re-attached the awning to the house frame as it should for safe overall support. David also repaired my chimney and installed a new roof cap."

"Fine Floors did entire down stair laminate floor, kitchen back splash and hooked after counter top work (done by other service provider) for me. I am quite happy with the result of the floor and back splash. Both Ash and Samy are very nice to work with."

"Large crack appeared over the eave of the house, probably due to the natural settling. Had a structural engineer come out and he said it was not a foundation problem. Called one brick repair and it was going to be several days before they could get out and even give me an estimate. Called Ace and they were out that morning, gave me an estimate (which I considered to be a fair price), and had it done by that afternoon. Beautiful job. Can't even tell there has been a repair."

"They removed the existing stone and cleaned the stone to reuse. They laid a 18"x18" concrete footer. They then rebuilt the stone wall using the existing stone and some additional new stones. They then gave it an acid wash for the final step. The wall is beautiful and built to last a life time."

"JPR construction completed all work agreed to without problems. I had granite tops installed, backsplash, lighting, repaired kitchen flooring and new fireplace stone/tile installed. Patryk, Adrian and Roman were all very pleasant to work with during this process. Everyday they were punctual and professional. I was a little nervous during the remodel due to hearing various horror stories of contractors not completing jobs, not returning after being paid or poor work. I did not have any of these issues with JPR . I was so comfortable with them being in my home that Roman was provided a key to my house and completed work when I could not be home. I highly recommend JPR Construction and will use them again for any work needed in the future."

"Chimney was cleaned and I am good to go for another 7-8 years. My dryer vent was almost completely clogged. Now that it has been cleaned I can rest easier knowing that it is not a fire hazard. The owner is very professional and courteous. He is very knowledgeable and provided me with some suggestions regarding the grate I currently have in my fireplace. He came recommended by a neighbor and I am So glad I reached out. I will definitely you him again."
