"I have been waiting for 6 months for them to replace a warped door they hung in a remodel. They said it was ordered and when it came in, it was the wrong one. It is a very ordinary door that can be found any where doors are sold. Also, they replaced all plugs and switches...two of the switches donât work anything. When they scraped the popcorn off the ceiling, they did not cover up anything. Therefore, the mess fell into the stove and refrigerator plus into the tub and shower. Then the drains were stopped up which cost me for a plumber. Now the will not return a call nor answer a text. Those are some of the reasons I will not use them again."

"Received an estimate to grade my property to eliminate standing water on my gravel drive and bring in new gravel. The original estimate was $4600.63. When the job started Mr. Foster said I needed a larger size rock in the drive where the ground was not as firm. I said ok. When they started bringing in gravel for the rest of the drivel, it was very sandy and not what I expected. The final loads of gravel were ok. The south side of the building looked great but the north side just had 1 dozer path where dirt was pushed to a low area at the back of the property. It was getting late and I had to leave before they finished but Mr. Foster said it would be leveled off. The final bill was $ 6002.46. I was leaving town the next day so I paid him. When I returned a week later the job was not finished. Called him and he said they would get to it and return $375 for overcharging for a load of gravel. Never happened even after Angi tried. I am an old guy and trusted him to finish the job."

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

The best time to level a yard is in the spring when the soil is an ideal mix of moist and dry. Completing your leveling project early in spring also reduces the chances of erosion damage from water movement through the spring and summer.
The average time to level a yard is five to six days. Smaller yards and projects may be completed in as little as a day, while larger projects may take up to a week.
If you only need to regrade a small area—for example, around a mailbox—DIY resloping may be manageable. However, major releveling projects such as resloping an entire yard typically require a lot of labor and heavy equipment operation, which is generally best left to the pros.
