Our Service Professionals are involved in each project from start to finish. The person that estimates your project is the same person who arranges the material delivery. He is also the same person that hand-picks the crew for your job and interacts with them throughout the process of performing your job. The Service Professional is responsible for checking that the project meets the result promised you by him in the initial appointment. They are not just salesmen; they are in charge of guaranteeing your satisfaction with our service. Finally, upon completion of your home improvement project, the owner of our company, Doug Moncure makes a personal phone call to follow-up on our work and ensure that you’re satisfied.

I paid $2,500 for the repair and was told that the slingers were warranted for 20 years, materials and workmanship. Obviously, this is still under warranty, but the company doesn’t appear to warranty their own work. The existing roof was installed in 2015. The repair by Coastal is about three years old. Again, tge shingles used are warranted 20 years, and the installer (Cory) should warranty his workmanship. I hired Coastal because they were the only roofing company I knew of and I want my money to stay in Lumberton. "I would never recommend this business to anyone. The owner smiles and talks kind words when he is trying to get you do business with his company. When the job is finished and you are not satisfied and ask him to honor his warranty and fix the problem, he becomes defensive, sarcastic and rude taking no ownership in his poor workmanship. He does not honor his "workmanship" warranty even when home inspectors and other professionals identify specific issues with his work...unless your roof is physically leaking. I had to call his office several times to get someone back out to my house to fix other issues, including rotted decking under new shingles his company installed and unfinished work. Run from this business! Read the complaints with the BBB and google the lawsuits filed against his company."
