"Our project started in March. It was not finished. We had to keep calling for someone to finish. A diagram was made of what would be done and how much it was going to cost. Shims were supposed to be put in. We showed it to one of the many different people from AFS. One guy, Todd, I believe his name is, told us for 6,000.00 we could get shims in. The guys shot holes through our skirting around the house. The first patch job was a dark grey. These aren't the only places they shot through. Now its cracking also. How is this possibly great work for almost 10,000.00!? The last guy to come out hasn't been back since Oct. Knoxville AFS is terrible! The last guy was here in Oct and not only are they not answering calls, they don't call us back."

"I had Jakie and his crew come out and poured a 25'x24' pad outside my garage. After the forms were pulled there was more mud than concrete at the front edge of the driveway. Within a few days the edge collapsed, and concrete broke away. There was also blotching discoloration in about an 8' section. Jakie had his crew come back out to look at the issue and agreed it needed to be cut out and re-poured. Then all communication with him went silent. After multiple phone calls and text messages he never returned my calls and has not come back to repair the poor quality work his people did. I would definitely steer clear of using this guy and his company for any projects. He had no problems taking my money. Even after his people said the driveway needed to be repaired, he failed to meet the most basic requirements of his customer. And that is the fix what was wrong and call the customer back! Terrible person to do business with."

"We hired H&S Concrete to do a concrete patio and steps. They did great work. I am happy with the results, but not happy with the mess they left behind. They left several big concrete slabs in our front yard that we are not able to move and left the concrete that ran out from under the wood frame around the steps and we are not able to get that up, so the steps look bad. We were told they would be back to clean up when they finished the job on 8/13/24, it's 9/25/24 and they have not been back and not answering texts. We are getting ready to start another job right where these concrete slabs are laying and will now probably have to pay someone to have them removed because H&S won't come clean up. - I answered "no" about hiring again, but if they would come and clean up the mess then the answer would be "yes" I would hire again."
