"Five new windows put in for 9k and didn?t try to open all the windows until the next day (because you know I foolishly expected people who spend their time professionally putting in windows would know how to do that properly )and align the locks and not destroy the windows in the process of trying to use them. Furthermore, I was just on the phone with customer service and explained the situation and did not even get an apology of any sort. I am super unimpressed and disappointed in your service and will not be using it again or recommending to anyone else. "
