"We choose Unique Indoor Comfort as the company to replace our 1960’s era gas boiler with a 83% AFUE Weil McLain, and we’ve been very happy with that decision. Everyone from Unique that we interacted with was professional, personable, and patient. The latter quality being reflected in the willingness of everyone from Unique, from the salesperson to the installation crew, to take time to answer all our questions. After sizing our heating requirements, Unique presented us with several packages, of differing efficiency, that included boilers smaller than the old one, but ones that would meet our heating needs. This was in contrast to other companies that wanted to replace our old boiler with one of similar size, not taking into account that the old one was oversized to begin with. The Unique package we chose included outdoor reset, and air elimination, items that may have increased upfront costs, but ones that will probably offer savings, convenience, and increased comfort in the long run. "I selected Russo Plumbing based on the reviews I read on Angi.com. The work was scheduled for Monday, a few days after my call. Mike arrived on time and got to work immediately, removing the existing vanity drain pipes and installing new ones. He finished quickly and kept his work area as clean as he found it. He volunteered that, since I had him for the hour, he had more time and asked what other work he might do for me. We identified two small jobs, which he also finished within the hour! "We have worked with Vic several times in the past on projects big and small, and have been extremely pleased each time. This time Vic fixed a leaking toilet that had been improperly installed by another contractor. It was a challenging job because the toilet is in a VERY small bathroom and has to be installed perfectly. Vic re-mounted the toilet, fixed all prior issues, cleaned the area and all is thankfully back to normal. Vic is a reliable and friendly person and we will surely be calling him back for all of our plumbing issues."

"October 2013 was the second time I had Dan from American Drain Cleaning & Plumbing do work at my house.  The first job a couple years ago was to replace the shutoff valve on the line to the outside hose bibb.  The second time (October 2013) was for the 3 jobs listed above.  Both times the work was done professionally and in a timely manner.  Both valve replacements were done with higher quality parts than the builder had used.  After the initial installation, the shower needed adjusting to run hotter and getting that done took a single phone call, and it was done the next day.  So I would say American Drain is responsive to calls after the primary job is done.  The cost for the 3 jobs in October 2013 included the hardware & labor. Based on experiences I have had with other plumbing companies in the area, American Drain Cleaning & Plumbing is more reasonable.  I would recommend them and plan to use them in the future.
