"Set up, via email, that a service technician would be at my location BETWEEN 5 & 6.....at 6:20 I called and spoke so Ken who said he talked to his technician at 4:50 who was still at the job before mine. No courtesy phone call.....NOTHING! Customer Service anyone?! Then he proceeded to ARGUE with me because I had told them I wouldn't be home from work until after 5 so I guess that justifies them being LATE? I Was Here between 5 & 6! THEY WEREN'T and could be bothered to inform a potential customer of a late arrival?! BAD FORM!"

The paint selection represented a significant color change and while other contractors were quoting one coat, Willard convinced me two were needed and he was right. The difference in quality comparing the previous paint job (I contracted it 10 years ago) to Personal Touch Contractors was significant. Extremely satisfied with the quality of work, the responsiveness to my needs, and the price. I almost didn't award the job to Personal Touch because I thought there quote was too low. It turns out they delivered great value at a very reasonable price. I will use them again."
