They removed her old boiler and replaced it with a new one; he even cleaned the entire surrounding area that had suffered from previous attempts to soak up the oil and/or water leakage. They ensured everything was working well. Mom has heat and hot water again and is very, very happy! Roberto even fixed the door leading from the garage into her home- WOW! Mom and I wanted to cry because of his generosity and kindness. Roberto totally went above and beyond and provided us with an overall exceptional customer service experience. We are extremely satisfied, and I highly recommend Roberto and will definitely use his services again in the future; the timeliness, value and quality of work, cleanliness and professionalism are all outstanding.
