After becoming accustomed to contractors who donâ t return calls , donâ t show up as scheduled , have a revolving door of inexperienced employees who are frequently characters you do not want in your home , CNY Flooring was a breath of fresh air ! Sid promptly got back to me , was able to get me on the schedule right away and showed up on time everyday until the job was finished . Sid and his two employees were friendly ,courteous and professional and the quality of their work is outstanding. I absolutely LOVE my new hardwood floors , which replaced nasty disgusting carpet in four bedrooms . The whole process was so pleasant and easy that I plan to have them install new flooring in my basement. I feel like his price was reasonable, although I must admit that I didnâ t get other estimates because I was so impressed with his initial responsiveness and wanted to avoid the whole hassle of getting others to return my calls to secure estimates . I just went with my gut and Iâ m so glad I did . I am thrilled with the work and feel like I paid a fair price ."
