The replacements were brought from their warehouse, he and a 2nd serviceman updated me as all work was being done. Both employees were professional, timely, polite, neat and I'm very pleased with their work. I give Beck A+++ and will utilize their services again."

"Greg the inspector came out, nice guy very knowledgeable, I spent 14800 in waterproofing and mold removal, new sump pump and a air purifier. Greg and I went over everything the crew was going to do. Well where the water issue I was most concerned about , they side step and only put the drain tile down the middle and not at both sides. Stay Dry ended up sending 1 person to put tile in on both sides and fixed that issue, now I am having water issue where I was not having issues before and come to find out where my water line comes in they just put gravel under and did not put the concrete back in that area. So now I have a new leak and I can't seem to get this company to come back out for a 3rd time to fix this issue. Also I have water coming up from the newly concrete floor, I was told that the concrete has to cure for awhile which I understand that, but I don't think it should be seeping up along the cracks where the new and old concrete meets. Waiting on this company to correct."

"Got a quote based on information I gave, knowing that this was an estimate based on usual circumstances. Very punctual, two problems, first was a clogged drain than was cleared quickly, the second was a defective outside spigot that split because I forgot to remove house line for the winter. The basement was finished making it difficult to get to the line so replacement could be completed. Both jobs were completed, area was broom clean, the final bill was slightly higher then quote because of extra time need to get to line with out damaging. Ceiling etc. I would use again, loved his good nature and humor."

We had multiple companies out to quote the repair (big name companies that you see advertising everywhere). They all wanted to put band-aids on the problem, Hart Masonry was the only company that wanted to get to the heart of the issue and fix the entire basement so the foundation would be good for life. Most of the digging was done entirely by hand and the repair took 3 days less than originally expected which was a nice surprise.They were polite, efficient, willing to work around our schedule, and cleaned up after the work was completed. I would not hesitate to recommend Hart Masonry and Waterproofing to anyone that has basement structural or water issues."

"Our furnace install was done professionally. The installers were great. I do not blame any of our problems on the installers. It is their corporate office and lack of concern for issues a customer has that will affect any future customers. They simply do not care. The day after our furnace install we received a text that stated "Anderson Heating, Cooling and Plumbing, and sister company A New Image Heating and Cooling are offering a FLASH BOGO! Valid this week! The Furnace is FREE when you install an AC! Call today for details.". I called immediately because we had expressed an interest in both heat and AC. I asked why we were not offered this BOGO when they knew we were interested in both and the sale was good for the week of our installation. We would have taken this deal and gotten both. I was told by the Mentor office that they were unaware that the sale text was going out and asked if I could give them a few days. The following Monday I did receive a call back and was told they would install our AC for $4,000. The original estimate was about $6,000. So they were offering to take $2,000 off to install the AC. My furnace was $5,695. Is this a deceptive advertising ploy to get another $4,000 out of us? I disagreed with this offer and was given a contact at their home office in Grand Rapids MI. I sent the info to Geoffery Kartes who is their Director of Digital Marketing in MI. That was four weeks ago and I have heard NOTHING from anyone. I even called Mr. Kartes and still did not get a call back. This is apparently a "pass the blame" situation where no one is willing to take responsibility. Associates in the Mentor office agreed with me, one of their associates even encouraged me to escalate my displeasure because he said this has happened before, yet nothing has been done. Maybe if they ignore me I will go away. I will not. I wanted to let potential future customers know this happened. I am also letting the BBB and the Ohio AG know.
