"Came out to the house and took measurements for a 20'x10' gazebo to fit above the back door & camera & floodlights. After putting it together it did not fit. Could not open the black door. Had to raise gazebo 2'. He asked me to pay him $900.00 that he had another job to go to & would have to trouble shoot & get back with me. Texted & called him several times. Finally he said he would be out. He did show up& again said he gets back with me. Never heard back from him."

"Terrible company. Do NOT pay for a service contract with them for your home. My HVAC unit broke unexpectedly but due to old age, normal wear and tear from previous homeowners. Usual stuff. I got all the documents needed and sent them over and RWS underpaid my estimate by $7K. Have estimates of over $9K and they sent me a check for $2,144. I live in a very expensive area, you cannot just assume everything costs the same in every area of the country. Oh, and you will waste WEEKS trying to get in touch with someone to get an answer, a response, or some type of resolution. Meanwhile, you are paying them to help you with things like this only to receive less than a third of the cost of what you PAID someone to do. It's not worth it.
