Tim completed the project on budget and within our timeline. He was also very easy to work with, always communicating with us and going above and beyond to quote multiple sub-contractors. He’s also very trustworthy. This being our summer residence, Tim completed the work for us off season will full access to our house. He made sure everything was kept clean and secure. Tim also saved us money by doing some of the work himself. He did some of the framing, duct and stove vent installation, and helped with the kitchen cabinet trim work. We were taking down an old deck and adding a room to our house, along with doing a little kitchen remodeling. Dave and Andrew are excellent craftsmen. They also came up with creative solutions to some tricky design problems. Dave and Andrew always showed up on time, worked hard, then cleaned up the site at the end of the day. My step-father was a builder and I learned from him that there are right ways and wrong ways to do a job. Dave and Andrew did things the right way, and never cut corners. I highly recommend Green Island Homes. Also, I got 4 bids on this job and their price was very fair."
