We are a full service building, remodeling and insulation company servicing the Duluth and surrounding are since 1980. We use Dense Pack cellulose, close cell spray foam, and other methods we have perfected and know work. By repairing others work, we have perfected methods for installation we know that work best. We communicate with you to focus on the way you want to get the job done right, we clean every day and dump and haul away all our debris. Yes we take away out trash!

Custom wood tables to custom porch swings. We accept all major credit cards and Pay-Pal. $200 Consultation fee (goes towards project).

"Hired Lance to build deck. 1st day was complaining about the height. Took nearly 2 months to complete (May 8th - June 18th). Wanted final payment when project was "completed". Even though I said after it passes inspection but Lance said he needed it for his next projects. So ended up paying him. Inspector came out and deck did not pass inspection and now Lance Main has gone MIA. So if you want a poorly built product, unprofessionalism and a headache, go ahead and use him I would definintely NOT use him for any projects. Would give him a 0 rating but 1 is the least."

"They came and looked at my project on September 3rd to give me an estimate. I emailed them on September 19 asking when I would get the estimate. I didn't hear anything from them. Why are they advertising on TV is they are not going to respond?"
