This was a bit of a rush job since my old water heater quit working correctly and my sister was coming to visit. They contacted me within 15 minutes of my request for a quote through Angie but I felt like they could have done a better job of communicating with me at times through the process to ensure I knew they were on track to get it done on the date/time requested."

My project was creating additional barrier walls in a home for the PadSplit app. We had to add 3 electrical outlets, as well as connect a clothes washer that required all lines electrical and water to be ran. Budget: initial bid around $7800 + taxes, two owner approved add ons elevated the project around $600. (Plug relocation, and dryer vent routing) Payment was made in 3 payments over the life of the project. I like this as it lets you see the project be started first. Alex kept me in the loop every day and came over in person to inspect, and recommend updates to the job.
