"Over the past few years, our roof had been slowly showing wear and wind had cause a little damage each year to the point that over the past 4 ort 5 years several shingles had been replaced by ourselves. When we were looking for roofing contractors to replace the roof, this was the only Company that had us contact our insurance company to see if they would cover at least part of the damage that was cause by wind over the years. They even came out the day the insurance adjuster came to show him the damage he was seeing. This was also the only company that check the vents in the soffits to make sure that there was actual breathing space for venting and not just there for cosmetic purposes (covering up the previous wood soffit). I feel they went above and beyond what we expected out of a roofing company. Oh and by the way - their prices were very reasonable. Completely satisfied!"

"I can't say enough about the team at G&Z Construction. They did a total teardown on my roof that was way over due and a real mess, made suggestions on items that needed repair or replacing and even fixed the flat roof over my dining room bay window so it won't collect water, mold or moss anymore. They worked 11 hour days to get my roof done and even showed up on a Sunday to finish the details and the clean up was great! The yard looked better than when they started. These guys are awesome and even with all the extras that they addressed for me they still came in way cheaper than any of the other 6 contractors I got prices from who were only giving me a price for the house roof. These guys did my entire house, garage, bay and porch for less! You can't beat the quality, speed or service these guys provide. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
