"This was a new $800,000.00 home We still don't have the house signed off from Cowlitz county planning because of Fusion Electrical Services LLC have not completed it BUT WERE PAID IN FULL OVER A YEAR AGO.My mini split has not been completed in 13 months, my breaker panel hasn't been put back together in a year, I paid parker and alissa in full.The owner Alissa tried to put a protective order against me back in August because I sent her text message asking when will they complete my job. I sent her a correction notice from Cowlitz county planning showing her all the correction needed. The Judge said me texting to get my job done was NOT harrassment. Since then I found out from Feltons HVAC good guys, that the electrical wires that Fusion spliced Diakin says no you can't, that is why my mini split won't work. They cut my new cooling lines I supplied in the kit, they said they had to because the lines were to short. That is not true it's because Parker had no clue what he was doing and didn't install the inside unit first then measure the lines and wires then set the height of the outside unit. We are forced to go back to court in a few months. They received 3 separate violation from WASHINGTON STATE LNI on my new home, now LNI just notified us about some other things. Parker and his company are not licensed to do HVAC work, he said he was licensed and bonded for HVAC he lied, FYI you cant file a lien on thier bond for HVAC even though they did the work and destroyed my install kit for my mini splite, I have a invoices from another company to fix the mess, replace the destroyed kit and complete the job on the mini split for over $5000.00 and for electrical over $5000.00 She won't resolve it I have tons of text messages asking her to just get it completed, she tells me she will jerry rigge it with no new parts, I paid for new I want the job done correctly . I hope this helps another consumer to be protected."

He came out on the weekend to scope it out and to see if he could give us any temporary relief. He then gave us really clear options for fixing the issue. He was then able to work us into his already booked week, knowing that our sewer problem had basically left us without any working bathrooms,- and in a full family household, that’s not great situation. "We recently expanded a deck, added a patio cover, and are putting a hot tub underneath this second floor deck. There was a concrete patio below the existing deck and we wanted to match that, w/ reinforcement for a hot tub. We got a couple bids for the job. Danny was the estimator that came out for Forest and he seemed knowledgeable and was punctual and professional. It was not the cheapest bid, but the company is much more well established than a couple others we consulted so I put more trust in their work. Rigo is the guy we needed to work with on scheduling etc. for concrete work. This was a little rocky at first, but that had a lot to do with us needing to postpone the start till our deck was done, but then also work around a vacation we'd be taking, and make sure the concrete had enough time to cure before our hot tub is dropped. Despite a slight language barrier, we worked it out and even managed to get it done ahead of when we originally scheduled it. Punctuality is impressive with these guys. For 3 days they were waiting outside our house to start at 7:30am precisely. They had to remove a portion of fence and work around some foliage for access. They ended up encountering an unexpected drainage tube of some kind while digging and made sure to create an access point for us if it's ever needed in the future. The concrete looks great and matches our old patio so well, it's hard to tell they weren't poured together. Danny and I (and later Rigo) discussed treating the old concrete to help the matching. At the end of the work they did a great job of cleaning up the area and returning everything to normal. Rigo also helped us by showing us how to remove the fence portion for when our hot tub is delivered and left the top cap off because he said we'd really struggle to get it off if they put it back. I'm happy with the work, communication, and cleanup and trust if there are any problems I will be able to get them resolved. If we have further landscape needs in the future I will def be calling Forest for a bid."
