Roofing repair siding repair gutters repair and replace Skylight repair and install
"Alban showed up at my house 20 minutes after I called. He understood the problem of rainwater overflowing the existing gutter and spilling onto the porch where I enter the house. (In winter this coveres my porch with ice and in warm weather, rain.) He removed a four-foot length of gutter helmet (which was very difficult to do) and replaced it with a length of metal netting. This allows the water to flow freely into the gutter while keeping out debris. He also fitted a leader elbow into the gutter a bit farther down to lead water from the second story directly into the first-floor gutter. The following day we experienced a deluge of rain and not a drop of it flowed over the edge of the gutter onto my porch! All this was done for a very fair price. I am exceedingly happy and will call on Home Team Construction Inc. for all my future house-care needs."

"I set up an appointment with Skyline Maintenance because my chimney cap kept falling off. Michael from Skyline did a full assessment and found that the top of my chimney was crumbling, many of the bricks were broken and the mortar was deteriorating almost all the way down the chimney! He took pictures of the top of the chimney to further explain the issues and showed me exactly where the repairs needed to be made. Due to all the broken bricks, the interior clay flue lining was also in disrepair. He and his crew worked professionally to repair all the bricks, patch up mortar holes and install a metal flue liner to prevent further degradation of the clay flue liner. His crew provided excellent workmanship and my chimney almost looks like new! He also warranties his work. I would recommend using Skyline for any of your masonry needs."

"We used Omega Quality for installing a cap on our brick chimney, as well as waterproofing and cleaning the brick. Manny and Barry were great! Answered all of our questions, advised how to simplify some aspects of our job. We would not hesitate to use them again for our chimney and for other types of work that they list."

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
