"Dustin did AMAZING work on a tough job. We pulled 30 year old carpet from a rental property in Lakewood, OH and found1/4 inch oak hardwood underneath. Unfortunately, the previous owner had allowed tenants to have pets and the floor was riddled with pet stains and gouges. Not only did Dustin bring the floors back to a wonderful condition, he took it upon himself to find wood that matched the floor and replaced the areas with pet stain as well. The finished product was amazing and it's hard to believe it's the same space. He was punctual and communicative through the entire process and I HIGHLY recommend him for any of your hardwood refinish needs!"

"Both the owner, Shannon Alexander, and his assistant, Melvin (Moe) Lee, spent six days professionally refinishing original hardwood floors that had been subject to decades of various stains and carpet glue. "Kitchen sink was clogged as some dummy put eggshells in the disposal. I was connected to Rust Belt and they came the same day. They replaced some of the pvc piping underneath the sink in addition to clearing the blockage. They cleaned up afterwards. Price was reasonable, especially under the circumstances."
