"Shane came out because one our doors wasn't opening correctly. He showed us the sensitivity was set too high. He also saw the board connecting the rail to the house was pulling away. We let him get busy right away to fix those two things and give us the first door/opener tune up in 25 years! He was pleasant and positive, his service price very affordable, and knows his stuff. "Andre is a gem of a find as it goes with contractors these days. He does what he says he is going to do, shows up, and is a great problem solver! I hired him for multiple jobs on our total remodel: extensive drywall repairs including ceiling, range fan hood installation, kitchen faucet and plumbing conversion for single sink to double, bathroom and full length closet slider new door installs, minor relocation of our range outlet and deck powerwashing. All these jobs were done very well and any bumps in the road were tackled with the kind of creativity you can only get from a deep base of knowledge and experience. One of his most admirable traits is his persistence; he just doesn't let a project get the best of him. He was always willing to share knowledge, which was invaluable for me as a first time "general contractor". We will most definitely be asking him over to our new house if we have the need!"
