All of this with using only the existing decking. They did an amazing job and the deck is actually more solid now than before. They did everything we asked of them and then some. The patio/deck cover is top notch. It is a 16 foot by 30 foot cover so it is not something small. They used joist hangers and hurricane braces so this cover/awning will never move.
