It couldn't have been easier. He gave me a date range of when he thought he would be able to get to the job. Near the date he texted me and we set up a time. The appointed time was late in the day so it was no surprise that he was running late by then. But Dane texted to let me know what his revised ETA was. This was appreciated as I did not have to leave work to wait for him. On the job Dane was quick and efficient. He cleaned up after himself and was a very likeable and personable guy.
