They also placed an area of sod where I could not grow nice grass. They are friendly and want to make sure their customer is pleased with each step of their work. The important listening skills in gardening are hearing what the client desires and analyzing what their unique environment can support. He was very communicative about when he would be on property and what he planned to do. He was also very fast to communicate whether it was cost estimates or time estimates, he always got back to us quickly. My husband and I were very indecisive about what we wanted and Rich patiently worked with us to figure it out. His team was great too, they did quality work. Overall, great experience.
