"My bathroom sick had been sluggish for months despite my home remedies and now was completely stopped up. I bought a deal from Angie’s List and spoke to the office at 9am and before 10am Louis arrived and snaked out the drain, cleaned up great and now I have a beautifully flowing drain."

"The repairman came exactly at time promised. $$$to walk in door but I knew that up front. He did a good job and he went to Home Depot to purchase the item I needed since we are Seniors and haven’t been shopping in big stores. The repair took some time because screws under sink were very rusted and he had to drill/saw off. He worked hard it was hot and cramped under the sink. The bill was over $750. But that included my new sink faucet set my husband asked him to snake out stall shower drain and he was happy to accommodate us. But then there was a new added charge of $85 so our bill with taxes labor and a new kitchen faucet set was over $850. time spent including HDepot shopping was about 3 1/2 hrs I think while he was gone he went to someone else to do a snake out job. He mentioned something like that and that what made my husband to ask him to do ours. The look on our faces must have given him a conscience because he called his boss and asked if he could give us a Senior/veteran discount . Which covered the snake out. I’m told these are the going rates today unfortunately SS doesn’t take take these types of repair into consideration when do raises ."

"Considering the issue at hand; I had a good experience. I called and spoke with Ken the owner. He asked me a few questions like if I knew the size of the the current hot water heater; make etc. which I was able to provide.
He heard in my voice the panic and re-assured me that it was not as bad as it appears; so he was comforting to speak with.
I was given a time frame of 2 hours when the workers would arrive with the new hot water heater which was precise.
The mechanic and helper removed the broker hot water heater and replaced with a new one. Clean up was excellent.

"David inspected a potential home I was looking to purchase and he was so thorough that by the time we were done it gave me a very clear understanding of what issues the house had, what needed fixing and what was downright dangerous. When buying a home, you need a great inspector like David because if you don't get a good inspection you run the risk of buying a big money pit. I bought a home once before but that was a joke compared to the great inspection David did. The home David inspected was a small 1200 sq. home but it was built in 1935 and so he did mention we should expect to see some things pop up. However, he went above and beyond and I am so grateful for his hard work that I will recommend him to others in the future as well and will call on him again for inspections. He also brought Alex, a septic inspector, with him who was also very thorough and very good and provided a very through report. Thank you, David, for your wonderful help! You have no idea how much I appreciate it."
