"I had water damage from a loose sump pump value during President's Day weekend. They responded expeditiously and a crew was in my house within the hour. However some of the work completed was unnecessary and really expensive. I asked ahead of time to be provided with an estimate and they didn't comply. My basement includes a living room, and 1 bedroom. The water damage was located in one area yet they removed ALL doors, 10 to be exact, 2 feet of drywall, baseboards, carpet, and a porcelain sink! The doors didn't withstand water damage yet they were removed. When I asked the technician about the door and sink removal his response was, "the insurance will pay for the replacement." They charged my insurance 16,000 dollars! Please don't go with this company unless they provide you with a quote before they start the work. "

"Got estimate in October. Work completed in April. They called at 8am day of saying they are coming to work on roof. Never gave us a call prior to day of that they were coming to do the work. Poor communication. Shingles didn't match, so they did 2 valleys. 4100 was estimate. They took of 500 for other valley not done. Spoke with Amy in communications to clarify. There was no details in work completed, Labor, materail ect... just 2 valleys . Asked for details, she said no. She also threatened mexwith a lean on my house if I refused to pay. Paid it anyways. Just seems schetchy.Wouldn't reccomend."

"Hiring this guy Joshua was a complete waste of time and effort. He promised to come 3 times and gave excuses every time as to why he could'nt. I'm sick, flat tire, ran out of gas etc... Finally when he came and was almost done I paid him for the fall clean up and a cord of wood, he left to go get the wood and was never seen from again. Texted back and forth for about a month, nothing but excuses, never finished job I paid him for. Then said he was going to send me money back and never did.
