"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

Corey suggested several options: 1) gently wipe each of the sensors off with a cloth; 2) don't use a broom on them (this may get the sensors out of line); and 3) make sure the sensors are directed at each other that the green and amber lights are on. I did what he (Corey) recommended and my garage door started working perfectly. I didn't need them to come out, therefore, they, Spectrum Overhead Door saved me money. The only negative I can give in regards to Texas Fence is the lack of follow-up and communication after you agree to have them perform the work. We had to reach out to get an ETA and even then it took a few times to receive an answer. Communication is a lost art! Once we were scheduled the gentlemen that built our fence, Francisco and Adam, I highly recommend them. They cleaned up after themselves, communicated with me, and were courteous. They pay attention to detail and treat you as a person and not a job. I can not say enough about them :)"
