Not even a response via their website, nasty, entitled elite snobs. They "changed their policy", now you need to do the ENTIRE project with them, they won't even give you the time of day. This is fantastic business now that we are in a recession, people are not buying left and right, and now they are basically stating they don't need your business. After purchasing windows purportedly rated for impact resistance, non-compliant products were installed instead. This discrepancy was only uncovered during the final inspection, at which point the windows were found to not meet impact resistance standards, leading to a failed inspection. The State inspector further advised me that I was not the sole individual affected by this issue. I will provide further updates to this review as more information becomes available, as this matter is still in the preliminary stages of investigation."
