"I made an appointment for a one-piece Kohler toilet removal and installation of a new Kohler Tresham toilet estimate initially, after getting an estimate from Angi for same quote for $194.00. "Eddie" came out and was very professional and highly skilled (had installed this toilet model many times) and shocked me with the price quote of $400! I negotiated and got an offer for $350 and proceeded with the install. It took this professional one hour to remove and install new toilet. He hauled away the old toilet as well. I would love to have "Eddie" as my plumber for everything but will not be doing business with this company in the future because of the exorbitant and unfair charges. It was explained to me that this was a specialty toilet but one piece toilets traditionally are less expensive labor wise to install."

"I hired Air America to install a brand new AC on 8/17/2019. I was a single woman and I feel like they took complete advantage of me. My contract is for a 3.5 ton Trane system. Since the install, my ac bills have continued to climb. Initially I had a service contract with Air America but they kept pushing to sell me more service, so I stopped using them. I have replaced my ducts, sealed windows, installed additional insulation. You name it, I have tried it to try to get my FPL bill down. Last week, I hired another AC company to service and clean my ac. They informed me that my ac is running so much because my outside unit is NOT 3.5 ton as my contract clearly states I paid for. I was undersized with a 3 ton. The units are supposed to be the same size! I have contacted Air America through emails and online and received no response. This is clearly fraud and I would like the situation corrected. I feel 100% that they figured I would never be the wiser on this. I reported this to the BBB. The company responded that they would send a tech out and then complete radio silence. No one has contacted me and they have not attempted at all to correct this issue!"

"Michael Gomez and Unique Bath are crooks! They sold me this dream and promised to fix the issues presented to them, but have been avoiding me. Check out BBB, they were revoked for all of the complaints, do your due diligence before hiring a contractor, I am warning you!!!! When uncovering the vanity and toilet that was covered in plastic sheeting, it revealed a large chip out of my vessel sink bowl and a large chip out of the top of my toilet tank. While installing the glass contractors dropped the glass while in my brand-new shower and shattered the glass and caused a significant amount of damage to my brand-new shower, that I have not even gotten to use yet. Now I have glass everywhere, blood everywhere and a damaged bathroom! I spoke with one of the owners, Alex and he stated that a new glass panel was being rush ordered for next day installation. I remained calm, as at this time I was worried about the glass contractorsâ hand that had a deep gash. They did attempt to clean up the glass and blood as much as they could, however there was so much left for me to clean and deal with afterwards. After cleaning up as much glass as I could, I notated the damage that was apparent and contacted Erika and did not get a response. The next day I was told the glass was being picked up at 11:30am and I was antsy and rushed home from work to await the delivery and install of the new glass. I waited until 4pm to contact Erika to find out what was going on and was then told that the glass was in fact not ready and that it wouldnâ t be ready until the following Monday or Tuesday. By this time, a month from the start date of the project has elapsed. I then again addressed the damage in the bathroom and was told it was forwarded to the owners and it would be addressed the following week. By now I am feeling that my concerns and are being brushed off as though it does not matter that they have damaged my vanity, toilet, brand new shower, walls, sink and shower faucet. I have also made them aware several times that the shower is leaking and now that they are paid in full, they seem to not care!!! As of today 09/25/23, over a year has passed and these items have not been corrected, although I have been promised on several occasions that they would be! BEWARE!!!"

"We can’t be happier with the renovation of our condo. A total renovation was done and it was so much better than we could have hoped for. All the work was clean and most importantly, done correctly. There were small touches that were added and I shouldn’t even call them small because they all really made such a difference in making this a home. "This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
