"Not well. The young men who came were pleasant, but inexperienced. The job was to sweep AND inspect. They said it did not need sweeping (though we later found out it did) and they asked if we wanted an outside inspection as if it were an add-on. It was raining and I guess they did not want to get wet. They then were delayed sending us a quote and when we asked for one, it was nebulous and prohibitively expensive. Four quotes later we found a company that would do the work needed and not upsell us. We paid $250 effectively for nothing."

"As soon as I inquired, Larry reached out to me immediately to discuss some options. He stopped by a few days later to take a look at the door and show us some physical samples. After about 30 minutes, we made a decision and had a fair quote. A few weeks later, the door arrived from the factory and Larry and his team arrived to install it. They were very quick and very clean. It was still quite cold outside but they had the new door installed in what seemed like minutes. They spent a considerable amount of time making sure to trim/caulk around the door perfectly. I looked over their work very carefully and was very pleased with it. One of the guys even noticed that the screen door had been slightly damaged when shipped to them and they made certain to point it out to me. They explained that they already called to order a replacement and that they would be out to replace it at no cost to us as soon as it arrived (which they did). Their craftsmanship was excellent. They prices are very fair. They preformed the work when they said they would and they were very respectful of our property/house. I would recommend Columbus Window and Door to anyone who has high-expectations. A+!"
