"Got a quote based on information I gave, knowing that this was an estimate based on usual circumstances. Very punctual, two problems, first was a clogged drain than was cleared quickly, the second was a defective outside spigot that split because I forgot to remove house line for the winter. The basement was finished making it difficult to get to the line so replacement could be completed. Both jobs were completed, area was broom clean, the final bill was slightly higher then quote because of extra time need to get to line with out damaging. Ceiling etc. I would use again, loved his good nature and humor."

The work was performed quickly, but they did have to come back and fix the drainage issue, as they had set the drain as one of the high spots in the basement, not the lowest. So, while it works, it looks odd and I’ve got a drainage tube in a weird spot."

I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it.
