"I had a shower remodel where I took out the standard tub and replaced it with a custom shower. It took a long time to get all of the materials in (5 months!) which is not the fault of Midtown. During the remodel, the installer came across a big problem with the shape and placement of my drain pipe where it would work ok with a tub, but not with the flat sides of a pure shower. It was thanks to his literal decades of experience in construction that he was able to find a way to mitigate it. He also did a great job of keeping me informed on progress, and kept the workplace as clean as he could. I'm sure glad I didn't try this myself!"

I gave Bill a date that I needed the fence done by and his workers replaced bad fence parts, power washed all of the old stain off of the fence and restained the fence by the due date.
