"My hardwood floors where so bad that I didn't think where going to be salvageable. I wasn't expecting any miracles, but he preformed one. I had water damage from a leaky ice maker, the place where my mastiff's water bowl set for ten years, there where scratches, gaps between the boards, I had one room that the floor was covered with linoleum that I had just removed the day before, there was a obvious difference in colors and a line where the threshold was. James made everything go away. I had just got divorced and my ex wife took all of the furniture. I was going to Fiji the day after he stopped by to give me a estimate. I wanted to have the floors finished before I got home, so that I could refurnish my house. I got home last night and the floors are beautiful. I'm going to hire him again to refinish my stairs, my mastiff clawed them up really bad. Ex wife took the dog too.
