He was able to provide a quote, over the phone, based upon the square footage which expedited the project. He coordinated with me the availability to arrive a day early to prepare the area, which consisted of covering the floor and walls, to prevent any damage. While onsite, he examined the existing ceilings to ensure a consistent look between existing ceilings and the one in which he was to install.
