"They called before arriving. They were very professional and courteous. All of the furniture was moved in the den and the carpet cleaned. We asked for extra stain protection in the den. The staircase and balcony looked like new. The furniture in the master bedroom was also moved and the carpet cleaned. Styrofoam wedges were placed under the furniture to prevent staining and to provide a flow of air for drying. We would definitely recommend them and we will use them again."
