We knew we needed an experienced plumber willing to take on the challenge of cutting out an old toilet and repiping. Addario’s sent Paul to look at things over. He proposed two options, differing only in final toilet placement. In less than a week, special order parts had arrived, the job was scheduled and the work was completed. Paul returned to do the work. It took all day. He was well-organized and neat, very competent and considerate. We discussed the space restraints with him and decided on the option we had not initially chosen. Addario’s quickly adjusted the final payment to reflect the change.
