Despite providing exact model numbers in advance, the installation was done incorrectly and carelessly. Key issues included: ? Drywall damage ? TV bracket installed upside down ? Soundbar mount off-center and installed with incorrect hardware ? Load-bearing bolts secured with plastic spacers instead of washers ? Equipment scratched due to missing protective padding MPW initially acknowledged the poor workmanship but stopped responding after we requested a refund for labor and repairs. No refund has been issued. We are left with damaged walls and an unsafe installation. We do not recommend this company."
