"I hired B&R Siding in 2018, after a strong windstorm had torn away a big piece of siding on one side our our two-story home. After the insurance company determined that the original siding was no longer available, they agreed to cover the full cost of replacing siding for the whole house. After interviewing other well-reviewed companies, I decided to with B&R because, first of all, they were the first to respond to our wind-damage a month or two earlier, very neatly and securely covering the exposed portion. "We had approximately 180 square feet of plywood roof soffits that needed to be replaced due to areas of rot. We have a small townhouse, so even to have all of our soffits replaced was not a very big job, and we had a great deal of trouble finding a contractor who would either consider the job or would do the work for a reasonable price. H. Forrest Roofing not only took the small job, but did quality work at a reasonable price. He replaced all of our old plywood soffit with new vented vinyl soffits and greatly increased the ventilation in our attic as a result. Mr. Forrest was communicative throughout the process, and his crew arrived exactly when we were told to expect them."

"Perfect. I scheduled an appointment on the Angi app, and Mike came on time. He thoroughly reviewed the damaged siding on our initial visit. The original siding around our carport had a cap over the top that fell away, and the team came up with a different way to attach the siding so that problem wouldn't happen again. The crew arrived on time on the repair day, completed the task, and reviewed it with me before leaving. They provided excellent communication and service throughout the whole process. "I cannot state how happy I am with the work done by Presidential Exteriors. After not having any luck getting other contractors to do the work I needed done, I became aware of Presidential Exteriors when they completed a siding project at a neighbor’s home. After looking at their reviews online and checking out their website, I contacted them online for a consultation. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from them within 24 hours, and to have a remodeling consultant (Kirill) at my home within a couple of days. Everyone was great to work with, listening to my wants/needs, and helping me with advice on a unique roof drainage issue. The team was also patient with me as I changed my mind a few times. Once the work started, I was even more impressed with them. All of the crews were great to deal with—very polite, courteous, and professional. "After having a little problem with the contract, Heather managed to get the problems straightened out. Correct dates and materials were corrected.The crew showed up on time but then had to go get additional materials to start the job.. No project manager was on sight until latter in the afternoon..The five crew members started the job . I made a few suggestions on how I wanted the job to be done and they were very agreeable..The crew was very precise in their work..The job was to put vinyl siding on chimney to match existing siding on the house…This group of five workers did a WONDERFUL JOB…I couldn’t be happier with the work that they provided…The cleanup afterwards was like they were never there…PERFECT ….Andy the project manager did show up and was helpful,,but really didn’t stay very long…Thank you …to Heather for all she did to make this jod less stressful..Very,,Very… Pleased with the outcome of this job….And yes….i would recommend this company and this CREW for any siding job."

"I have used JW Home Improvement in the past and contacted them for an exterior painting/repair project. Josh, the estimator, was on time, walked through some issues he found with my exterior (wood rot and replacement of siding on the outside of my gas fireplace due to weed wacker damage, and leak in same area) in addition to the painting. I had a two-person team (Thomas and Matthew) for two days to complete the work. They did a fantastic job: kept me updated with any changes needed to complete the work, were always punctual, friendly, and professional; and cleaned up the area after completion. During this time of social distancing and trying to stay safe with COVID-19, everyone I dealt with in person (Josh, Thomas, and Matthew) went up and above to ensure they did what was necessary to maintain everyone's safety and completing the work very professionally. I will remain a very happy repeat customer and have already referred them to my NextDoor App community when someone was looking for a contractor to do exterior painting."

We would like to thank your crew for doing a fantastic job on our mothers house. First ,for the kitchen renovation, we couldn't believe it could actually happen but you made it happen. Second, new floors and new siding. It became a whole new house and our mother absolutely loves it! And then, since your crew did such a wonderful job before , she wanted her deck screened in and you made that happen as well. Everything was completed in a very timely fashion and your crew stayed on schedule the entire time. What we loved the most was that your crew treated our mother and her home like she was their mother.

"Power home did a door to door, after meeting with their rep for siding, we liked the superior quality of their vinyl siding with a foam backing. Our current siding had issues of water penetration and algae growth and frankly was cheap as the previous owner took advantage of drive by sales after a hail storm. On their QA inspection post install? They found further water penetration through the roof and provided me proof of that so we went high end with a GAF roofing system. End result? Yeah it cost quite a bit more than my comfort zone. But you get what you pay for. We are more comfortable, and since this occurred during winter? I noted my heat pump did not cycle as often. And we got our electric company assessment for energy use for a totally electric home? Excellent. Impact of the better siding and better roof."
