"After hiring two different plumbers that were unable to find the problem, I decided to give it another try. I hired Beast Bay Plumbing. Ron and Calab came to my home, looked at my bathroom and explained that they would have to just use process of elimination to find and fix my problem. I was impressed by there knowledge and honesty that I brought up a second issue. I recently had a tankless water heater put in. The work was done correctly but it was installed 15 feet away from where my hot water heater once stood, causing hot water to take 4-5 minutes to reach each fixture. Once again they explained what was happening and why, and what needed to be done to remedy the problem. Caleb and Jesus returned the next day. I was very impressed. "Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records?
