I was so impressed with him that I have hired him for 5 other jobs. He goes above and beyond. Sometimes he'll tie in small jobs into the larger project. I wish all contractors were like him. He is there on sight himself which is very important. He does not leave your job for someone elses job. He will stay until your job is done. Everything is out in detail on the contract. No unhappy surprises with him."

"I hired Beaver Valley Lawn Service (A J) as I had a water problem and it was running onto my patio. He french drained it. Well just a few days after it rained and the water came down worse then before he did his work. I paid him over $6,000. Then he came to look at it and wanted $3,100. more he said to fix it. My children said no and we got someone else to do it the right way. He also never finished what he was to do according to the contract. He was to plant grass seed and put fertilizer on where they had dug up. My son has been trying to get the money back but he acts like he has an attorney and he will send us a letter. We just want our money back. DO NOT HIRE HIM. I had to mark something in where it ask what work I had done because it does't give you an option to put in what was done at my home and it won't go through without something in the box."

After spending over an hour looking around, the gentleman gave my dad an estimate for $37,000! After my dad declined, he then dropped his estimate 2 more times and said the lowest he can go is $14,000. When my dad asked why he didn't start that low, he replied "well some people will pay the $37,000". He also went on to tell my dad how this was an investment, and he wouldn't get anything lower (keep in mind my dad is a disabled senior on a fixed income). When my dad told him he already received a quote from another company for $8,500 - he was followed by questions of who was that cheap and asked why my dad would even have him come out (when every company should know that most people would/should get multiple estimates). Do NOT recommend this company!"

Ian was informative, helpful, kind, and ensured that the job was completed in a timely manner. The project, manager, Danny, even came back after the job was done and tacked a piece of siding that was loose. It was no where near the roof and was not part of the original project. He just offered to fix it because it needed done. That is customer service! The job was completed in an efficient manner, and the clean up was excellent as well. They even worked extra hard to not damage our trees, shrubs, and many flowers!"
