Brought on one subcontractor whose work he hadn't seen, based on a friend's word--contractor appeared to have no experience doing work he claimed to be a pro in. Best aspect of Mr. Setlock was openess and friendliness, and very pretty functional design, as well as responsiveness to my ideas for modification"
