"He showed up to my house when I asked him not to, since my wife wasn't supposed to be home. Luckily she was there to witness him working on my porch for maybe 15min. All he did was caulk a crack and the end result looked HORRIBLE. Didn't smooth it out at all. Texted me 3 days later asking for payment. Told him that I can't justify spending 150 bucks on what he did and said he can either fix it and get paid or pull it out or leave it for me to pull out and not get paid. He said he would fix it. That was 3 days ago and no word. I'll wait another week then fix it myself. I can easily do a better job."

Did a very good job of repairing a panel of chain link, however the new latch he installed is completely unacceptable. It sticks and it does not line up right. I contacted him one time and he came out and looked at it. He said he had to come back and fix it. I waited 2 weeks to call again and have not heard from him. He has now blocked my calls. "
